When using flash I sometimes get 'Red Eye' how can I overcome this problem?

Red Eye is caused by the reflection of the camera flash on to the blood vessel at the back of the eye. To prevent or reduce this, the lens of the camera and flash should be as far apart as possible. Hence why professional photographers may use an arm or flash bracket to acheive this separation.
Many cameras have 'Red Eye' reduction facility which is normally a bright light prior to exposure to reduce the size of the iris. If your camera doesn't have this, get your subject to look at a bright light prior to taking the picture.

I've tried to take ction photos but they always come out blurred?
If you are taking the picture with a compact camera this is difficult to overcome, unless its a bright day in which case the camera will automatically select a higher shutter speed. If you have an SLR camera, select a faster shutter speed and pan the camera to follow the subject.
